Thank you for coming

Thank you very much to all of you who came to our comapy's exhibition at Vanture Fair 2008. Sometimes we were too busy to attend to all of our guests. Some of you might not have gotten enough information from us. We are very sorry about that; Please feel free to contact us anytime from our web site http://www.soutokukan.co.jp/yedc .
Thanks to the exhibition, we were able to meet representatives from many companies. Some of you wil actually do business with us.

By the way,
"What's this?" and "What's this for?"
These two questions were frequently asked by many people at the exhibition. To be honest, we had not prepared for these basic question at first.
Our product, PenguinOne, is a highly specialised electoric device for Liquid Crystal Displays. Those who are accustomed to graphic devices may find our product useful, but most of you visited our booth are working for many kinds of technical fields, medicine, civil and mechanical engineering, and so forth. It is hard for us to explain our products to those of you from such varied fields.
I was kind of tired of answering such basic questions, and I stopped responding seriously to some of them. But, I changed my mind later. Everyone was coming to the show in order to search for a wide variety of new technologies, and we all attend in order to exhibit our product and to find new applications for them. I quickly made an answer list to respond to basic questions. For example,
"What is this ?" -> A graphic board for LCDs;
"What id this for ?" -> Mobile phones, portable displays, or YOUR own devices;
Some of you may have left our booth still unsatisfied with our product information, but we hope it will eventually become clear.

Our booth neighbored a voice analysis company's booth. The company has a special technology for human voice recognition. I had a chance to try it on my break time. When i spoke the word "They" in a microphone, the computer diagnosed my pronounciation and respond "Please hold your tongue back more". that is a great new device for English lessons! Our neighbor was always crowded with many visitors, news reporters, and TV crews. Some TV crews were from overseas. In contrast, our booth was far from crowded. I will have to prepare more next time....
